Disposable cup paper machine is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming and counting. It is suitable for making paper cups with single/double PE with the procedure of automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling and bowl discharging. And it is an ideal equipment of producing drinking cup, ice-cream cup and other food cone-shaping containers.
Comes with automatic lubrication system, which makes all mechanical parts working much more smoothly. The cup bottom adopts the stretching die which make the bottom sealing quality better and less leaking percentage. It has sensor failure detecting system, cup bottom paper feeding controlled by servo motor.The machine has safety guard to protect the people working safely, it is the best choice for making paper cups.

6. Gear drive is adopted to avoid the defect of loose gap of chain drive.
7. We use a self-lubrication system in the machine . So the machine can be maintained without manually fueling.
8. This device adopt non-contact multi-point light control switch (such as in paper holder, glass tube ,bottom paper and so on,according to customer demand). It can detect working situation, then achieve a fault alarm preventing machine from collision,makes the machine more stable and longevous.
9. Paper tube station uses independent cam to handle glass holder. This is advanced in stability and will not make noise when it works.
10. The machine is equipped with gear motor simplifies the complicated system and makes the machine more stable.
